Indians, San Francisco cens, Eastern Miwok, and Pomos. What jobs did they have and grow? They grew corn, beans, peas, and chickpeas. They had vineyards and orchards. No effort was made. The initial buildings was stucture that measured at 87 feet length is 42" width. What was traded? They traded corn, beans, peas, chickpeas, stew, and soup. How were they treated? This mission was treated with respect. San Rafael was treated with respect because it was a hospital mission that helped people. It was also treated with respect because they helped fix or repair broken bones. How did they help people? They fixed them and helped them get better if they were sick or hurt. How were the Native Americans treated at their mission? They were a helping mission because san rafael helped John C. Fremont during the Mexican American War. The war lasted from April 25th 1846 - February 2nd 1848 |
